CD74 is detected in paraffin-embedded tissues by LN21.

the Reed-Sternberg cells of classical Hodgkin's disease

Diagnostic utility

Some ability to discriminate between adenocarcinomas (positive) and mesotheliomas (negative), but CD15 is superior2.
