CDw75 is a sialylated carbohydrate epitope. CDw75 is detected in paraffin-embedded tissues by LN12.

Immunohistochemical expression

follicle centre lymphocytes
most B cell lymphomas
some T cell lymphomas
There are variable reports of staining of the epithelial component of normal breast, fibroadenomas and phyllodes tumours of the breast.
staining of gastric carcinoma cells correlates with reduced patient survival1.
