Sex cord-stromal tumour of testis, mixed and unclassified

Histopathology

There is incomplete differentiation, but recognisably of sex cord-stromal tumour type.

Immunohistochemistry

Differential diagnosis

• A pure form of sex cord-stromal tumour.

Prognosis

• About 20% of adult cases show malignant behaviour

• Malignant behaviour is uncommon in childhood tumours.
