Adenomatoid tumour of the pleura

Adenomatoid tumours of the pleura are small circumscribed nodules. They are composed of vacuolated mesothelial cells, identical to adenomatoid tumours elsewhere.

Differential diagnosis

diffuse malignant mesothelioma: show diffuse growth and invasion seen in
localised malignant mesothelioma
