HSP70
HSP70 is a member of the class of heat shock proteins, implicated in cell division, apoptosis and tumorigenesis.
Immunohistochemical expression
HSP70 is up-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma1.
Diagnostic utility
Along with Glypican-3, HSP70 may be useful in the differentiation of benign from malignant liver nodules.
