Nasal angiomyolipoma

Only five cases of nasal angiomyolipomas have been reported. They differ from renal and hepatic angiomyolipomas in that they are negative for HMB-45, lack epithelioid cells1,2 and are not associated with tuberous sclerosis1,3.
