Pleural liposarcoma

Liposarcoma of the pleura most commonly occurs in adult men. The tumour is often myxoid.

Differential diagnosis

• Diffuse malignant mesothelioma with liposarcomatous differentiation

• Malignant solitary fibrous tumour with liposarcomatous differentiation
