c-Rel

c-Rel is a member of the kappa B (NKkB) family of anti-apoptotic transcription factors.

Immunohistochemical expression

Staining is nuclear

• Classical Hodgkin lymphoma

• Primary mediastinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

Diagnostic utility

c-Rel appears to be useful in combination with TRAF1.

• Classical Hodgkin lymphoma

• Differentiation of Primary mediastinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma from other diffuse large B-cell lymphomas
