These tumours are located in the areas where Wolffian duct remnants are found (unilaterally located in the broad ligament, mesosalpinx, ovarian hilum). They have been variously considered as tumours originating from Wolffian remnants and as representing extra-ovarian sex cord stromal tumours3.
