Differentiation of Sertoli cell tumour, endometrioid tumours and carcinoid tumour

It is well recognised that endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the ovary may mimic Sertoli-cell tumour. Less often, sex cord stromal tumours with tubules of Sertoli cell type may mimic endometrioid carcinoma.

Tubule-rich ovarian tumours include Sertoli cell tumour, endometrioid tumours and carcinoid tumour.
