Renal medullary carcinoma, which is restricted to patients with sickle cell anaemia.
Papillary renal cell carcinoma. The cytogenetic characteristics may be crucial.
Metastasis, suggested by the cytological appearances of scant cytoplasm and hyperchromatic nuclei.
