I have done quite a lot of work on thymomas. Although it is not yet complete, I hope it is useful.
There is also important information on CDX-2 and CK20 positivity in primary goblet cell mucinous carcinoma of lung and intestinal type sinonasal carcinoma. The idea is emerging that some extra-gastrointestinal adenocarcinomas acquire an intestinal morphology and immunophenotype. Retention of positivity for CK7 and negativity for villin may help to distinguish these tumours from metastases from the colorectum.
