Sarcomatoid mesothelioma

Sarcomatoid mesothelioma is now more of a challenge than epithelioid or biphasic mesothlioma. Markers that have a high sensitivity for epithlioid mesotherlioma tend to have far lower sensitivity in sarcomatoid mesothelioma. Diagnosis of sarcomatoid mesothelioma is largely one of exclusion9.
